Once their playing days ended, they started private coaching to stay involved with the game and earn extra income - and they loved it! Realizing there wasn't a go-to platform meant to help private coaches scale their business - like Airbnb does with rentals or Rover for dog walkers - Gene & Elaine decided to build AU. They've seen the impact private coaching can make on a young athlete's life trajectory, so that's why they're using their backgrounds in tech & coaching to help millions of young athletes succeed through coaching.
Athletes Untapped pickleball lessons emphasize dinking, positioning, and overall technique to help players excel. Coaches focus on refining touch and placement during dinks to maintain control. Equally important is teaching court positioning, ensuring players can anticipate shots and stay competitive.
